Deadlydesigns.com gets a behind the scenes upgrade.

Just wanted to let everyone know that my hosting how upgraded their plans, and has upgraded my current hosting plan from 25 Gigabytes of storage and 300 Gigabtyes of data transfer a month to…1 Terabyte (1000 Gigabtyes) and 1 Terabtye of data transfer a month. In the years that my website has existed (late 2003) I have taken up a total of 4 Gigabytes so that should give you a clue as to how huge this upgrade is. I don’t believe I could ever fill all this up anytime soon especially since all of my content is photos, but I guess this opens doors to use my site as an online backup of my original files which eats up around 1-2 Gigabytes per show. You will not see any different or changes on your end, but I figured since this is such a huge upgrade to my site’s storage I would let you guys know.

For people’s information I use the hosting company globat.com.

In other news I have been in the process of playing catchup on getting photos edited and uploaded. This is due to going to other shows, doing the photo exhibit at Mercury Lounge, and bring sick with Bronchitis for around a week so I mostly slept. I was backed up 7 shows as of last night, and am now down to 5. Stay tuned to: Of Montreal, Sparta / Aloha, M Coast / We Versus The Shark, Ecstatic Sunshine, and Explosions in the Sky / The Paper Chase.
