I was looking into my website tracking and looking at how people find my site, and I noticed tons of people were searching for keywords “eve maserati” and finding my site. I found this odd so I did a little searching myself and found that the rapper Eve was busted for DUI after crashing her Maserati in Hollywood Boulevard Thursday morning. I guess this is a blessing since when searching for “eve maserati” my site is the first result from Google due to the Maserati New Year’s Eve concert photos I have on here, and I am sure after this blog post is made that people will find this entry as well!

On a related note I have started using Google Analytics to collect stats on my website since the one that is provided from my host has not been working lately so I can not tell how much traffic I am getting, and where people find my site from. After one day of using it I must say it is awesome, and will continue to use this and not give the built-in hosting one another look. If you run your own site, and want to be able to view visitors, returning visitors, page views, and tons of other reports I highly recommend it, all you have to do is past some code Google gives you into your header or footer file, and it’s FREE! For instance, I found out that I have had people view my website from Jamaica, Mexico, and Sweden yesterday. It also breaks down visitors by State, City within each country which is amazing.
