As, you can tell, the site has changed over the past couple of weeks. I finally got tired of the lack of features the blog script I was using (nameless blog) had, and along with it not being developed anymore it was time for a change with the backend of the site. I decided to go with WordPress v2.0.2, It had the most features and customization of the scripts I looked at. The fact that it has many plugins pretty much sold me on using it along with the K2 theme which was just plain sexy with it’s ajaxness. I have tried to keep the same look of the site, but have more features.

I also redid the gallery backend due to the fact it didn’t play well with my old gallery script called singapore, so I decided to go with Gallery2 along with it’s WordPress plugins which intergrates into WordPress nicely. So far I have uploded all the shows from 2006 (except the two most recent that are still on my computer waiting to be modifed), but as I get time I will upload the rest of them. Gallery2 also adds features like displaying EXIF data, search, and comments which should make things much easier and user friendly while finding what you want, and telling me what you think of my photography!

1. Autolinks (enter keywords with url’s and creates links automatically)
2. My Link Order (arrange sidebar link categories)
3. PHP Exec (insert php in pages or posts)
4. Page to Links (lets main pages direct to non-wordpress pages)
5. Search Everything (search pages, comments all at once)
6. Dustan’s Time Since ( displays time since instead of just the original date of post)
7. Ultimate Tag Warrior (lets you create tags for posts)
8. WP Audioscrobbler (shows what I last played on last.fm on my sidebar)
9. WPG2 (intergrates Gallery2 with WordPress)
10. WordPress Database Backup
11. Permalink Redirect

I also have some things I am still working on:

• Get my concerts which are in Google Calendar RSS to display like I want on my sidebar
• Get the RSS feed for my concert photos gallery and display the newest 5 shows on my sidebar
