I had been wanting an iPod for a while, but they always seemed kinda small when compared to my music collection. Recently I received an email from Apple with a promo code to get $30 off my first Apple Store purchase. This with the release of the 80gb iPod Video I couldn’t help but give in to my wants and celebrate my new job with a big, black and beautiful new 80gb iPod. I received it three days ago and it is so awesome to have all my music in the palm of my hand. This is my first iPod so I am behind the curve, but I have been holding off getting one until they had a model that suited my needs. There is talk of a full screen iPod, but for what I want (play music!) I don’t need a big pretty screen, but the 2.5″ screen of the iPod Video is plenty for me to view my songs and cover art, and maybe a podcast or two. I also decided to engrave something on my iPod and decided to go with “all your music are belong to me” which most of you should get the reference. Also, it shipped from China to Athens in two days, those 8 year old Chinese boys can run fast!
